Description
Lavajinho, is the name given to the location of where this property is inserted. Here we acknowledge a “mixed” property, with a total area of 6.2 hectares. On the land we find old warehouses and infrastructures used, in times past, for agriculture purpose. The quality of the land in this area of the Algarve is inviting to a particular type of cultivation, such as sweet potatoes, white potatoes, vegetables and vineyards. The distance to the famous Odeceixe Beach is minimal, and here we find an extension of white sand where we can see the river Seixe, river that divides the Municipality of Odemira (Alentejo) and the Municipality of Aljezur (Algarve).
After meeting with competent authorities, it should be noted that 500sqm of construction is allowed on this property. These 500sqm refer to the housing part of the existing buildings. All old warehouses and infrastructures can be upgraded, but their allocation cannot change.
