Description
A unique listed estate, both for its historical interest (already referenced in the 12th century), and for its architectural interest (inventoried in the Architectural Heritage of the Generalitat), as well as for its landscape, territorial and environmental contribution and finally for its social interest (the GR-5 trail passes through the estate, the main house of other nearby ones).~ The main walled house with a 1000 m2 roof area has been rehabilitated over the years, the last one being carried out in 2010 (kitchen and office). Outbuildings such as stables, garage, caretaker's house, pergolas, porches, fountains... The estate comprises 114.83 hectares integrated into a forest management plan. Its main sources of income are the sale of cork (highly valued worldwide), timber harvesting, dryland farming, rural tourism, olive and hazelnut groves along field margins, fruit orchards, honey production, a livestock license for goat milk and dairy products (located in pens, courtyards, and silos), and a hunting reserve with abundant wild boar and roe deer. The estate has abundant well water and is situated in a natural paradise 60 minutes from Barcelona.
