Description
The Hotel Restaurant is built on a plot of 223,85m2, and has a total of 6 floors, distributed as follows basement, ground floor, 4 floors of rooms, a fifth floor equipped with rooms for internal staff and keep.
The distribution by plants is the following:
-Plant basement, has 215m2. In this plant we have the warehouse, 2 cold chambers of 5m2 each and a freezing chamber of 4m2. It has laundry to service the hotel, the restaurant and the guests staying in it.
-Low ground, has 210m2. Plant access to the hotel, cafeteria and restaurant. The restaurant has an area of 220m2 and has a capacity of 205 people. The cafeteria has a dimension of 100m2 and a capacity of 50 seats. Finally, the kitchen, has 75m2, is equipped with cold room, kitchen, ovens, steel tables with maintenance of cold and heat, table scrapping, barbecue, wood oven, barbecue, all prepared to be able to serve more than 200 guests.
-Plants 1st to 4th. In these plants the 31 rooms that make up the hotel are distributed, distributed as follows:
o Plant 1st to 3rd eight rooms each.
o Plant 4th seven rooms.
Of the 31 rooms that make up the hotel, we have 8 single rooms, 20 double rooms (12 exterior rooms and 8 interior double rooms), 3 suites. All of them with electronic security locks, television, refrigerator, air conditioning and heating, in addition to having Internet connection via WIFI throughout the hotel.
-Planta 5th. On this floor, small rooms have been built to provide accommodation for internal staff of the hotel or restaurant. In total it has 3 bedrooms, common bathroom and laundry area.
