The property consists of 4 buildings: a farmhouse dating back to the fourteenth-fifteenth century, a defence tower from the sixteenth century (which currently offers the possibility of creating large bedrooms), a cellar attached to the house that could be connected to the main farmhouse and, finally, a stable and a barn dating back the nineteenth century.
The defence tower is divided into a ground floor and 4 upper floors with spiral staircase and gothic windows.
The farmhouse is currently organised into 2 floors; a ground floor and first floor. In front of the house, in the courtyard, there is a pond that pours water from the Serviol spring.
The construction is of high quality, renovated in 1930 by the famous architect Isidre Puig Boada, of the Gaudí Sagrada Familia restoration team. The floors are new in various areas of the house and in the cellar from approximately 1996. The surface area of the property is 4,960 m² and the total built area is approximately 1,038 m².
The estate includes half of 2 Ha of rustic land, with the Serviol water spring and the 800 m aqueduct to the house. In addition, the property benefits from 2 water wells.
