The four-star Vila Verde Santa Maria Turistico Resort is located on Sal Island, Cape Verde, about 15 minutes away from Amilcar Cabral Airport, 300 metres from the beach, on a 2nd sea line between the protected areas of the dunes, the tourist area and the main access to the village of Santa Maria.
This is a project encompassing a total area of 45 ha.
Vila Verde Resort is thus the first tourist complex – residential to be built on Sal Island.
This bold tourist project was awarded the Bentley Award in the category of best architecture (Multiple over
50 units). The concept of space is the recreation of a colonial village with squares, pedestrian areas, green spaces.

gated condominium, which, in turn, are subdivided into 13 distinct condominiums, and share among themselves the
reception zones, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The development also has several leisure and entertainment areas, such as several shops, several swimming pools, restaurants,
walking routes and beach access, located 300 m from the resort, either on foot or through shuttle bus service, animation.
The resort's location also allows you to enjoy various sports and leisure activities such as diving, fishing, windsurfing,
