The isolation of the house is higher than the standard, so it`s not necessary to heat too much during the winter, and is very comfortable in summer even without air-cons.
Heating is on radiators on oil and on air-cons.
There is a nice loggia in the garden, made of wooden beams, that has outside kitchen, barbeque and water. It`s ideal for summer evenings in good company.
There is room for a swimming pool in the garden, and 2,3 cars can be parked in front of the house.
The electric gate of the entrance is made of steel.
The beach near the house is very nice, with clean water, and there is also a place for nudism very close to the house.
The hotel Kempinski is in the neighbourhood, with golf courts and a lot of other supporting contents( tennis courts, gym, pools, basket courts, football courts..).
