In total there are 8 apartments, each between 50 and 52 m² in constructed area, similar in structure, which compose together the Condominio Vila do Frei in Jabaquara, a district of Paraty – approximately 350 m distant from the beach. It is accessed by non-asphalted road, which leads to a nearby asphalt road.
4 apartments are located at the ground level and another 4 on the first floor. The apartments are mainly identical, with the only difference in relation to the ground level apartments being an internal service area with a niche for storing things. Additionally, they also have a small external service area of approximately 2 to 3 m2.
All apartments with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, service area and garage with electronic gate and intercoms. Collective area with small flower beds, fruit trees and beach showers.
Storage room with toilet for staff and maintenance equipment. Each apartment comes with 1 parking lot in the garage.
The condominium Vila do Frei was built between 2011 and 2013. Throughout the work, only high quality materials were used. In July 2013, Vila do Frei was inaugurated.
Infrastructure of the Condominio:
– 2 water storage tanks, besides the water tanks of each building.
– A room with bathroom for employees in the common area for storage of equipment, cleaning and maintenance materials.
– Electronic gate for entry and exit of cars and electronic gate for pedestrians

The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
Jabaquara Beach is endowed with 2 mini markets, laundry, bars and, on the beach, tourist infrastructure with bars and restaurants kiosks, as well as kayak rentals, stand up paddle and bike path.
Walking access to Centro, Historic District- 30 minutes.
Access by car, 5 minutes.
Municipal buses on the beach with access to the bus station.
The Jabaquara neighborhood is basically made up of residences, hotels, inns, bars, restaurants and small shops.
In Paraty, there are only 2 urban beaches: Pontal beach and Jabaquara beach.
Quiet waters beach, ideal for family, seniors and children.
