Land with ruin in the Alamos, Albufeira
Land located in the area of Alamos in the parish of Guia, municipality of Albufeira. The land is framed in a rural area with few buildings. Just a few cottages on one or two floors scattered from each other. This property is surrounded by other land with the same characteristics i.e. with dry land trees, almond trees, carob trees and several fig trees.
The terrain extends from north to south as a small elevation more or less halfway through its entire length and then descends south also in a slightly marked way. It is in this area of the land already on the edge that lies a ruin with urban area.
To get to the northern beginning of the terrain you will have to cover about 300 meters on a dirt road. Electricity and water from the grid are about the same distance away. The land has 62,760 square meters with a registered urban area of 120 m2.
Within a thousand meters there is a supermarket, several services and commerce in Algarve Shopping. For golf has a distance of 11 km to the west south are about 8 minutes drive, the beach of Gale at a distance of 10 km with good road, there is also a water park well known for its shows with dolphins which is the Zoomarine is about 3 km are about 5 minutes drive away. The Hospital is 3.7 miles away as well as the town of Albufeira and the airport within 40 km are about 30 minutes' drive away.
