Description
In the centre of Menorca is this pleasant newly built Agrotourism. It has been built on the base of old stables / cow sheds (Boyera) retaining part of the main structure and some of its original stone walls. It has been divided into 3 charming individual apartments, each one with a double room, a bathroom and with its private kitchen, without missing a detail. The materials used are high-end such as the Swedish treated beams, micro-cement floors with a water-repellent anti-termite base, etc. The apartments have duct air conditioning and individual water heaters. Each apartment has access to a pleasant terrace facing south, looking towards the 60m2 pool (still not built), which is in an area of forest and gardens. The total built area ranges around 150 m2.
