The Alpin Resort Kühtai complex was built in 2009 and consists of 4 building complexes (House A - D), which are connected underground by a common underground car park. There are a total of 54 apartments here, of which only 20 were sold to private owners, who were also provided with a leisure residence dedication. The remaining 34 apartments are rented by the Jäger Bau GmbH all year round as an apartment hotel. Pure winter pleasure: The resort is located directly on the ski slope. The living area is oriented to the south and opens onto a wonderful south-facing balcony with approx. 23 m², where there is a breathtaking view of snow-covered ski slopes in winter and wonderfully blooming alpine meadows in summer. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the apartment (one of which is currently used as an office), each of which has its own bathroom / toilet. There is also an indoor sauna. Leisure residences: According to the building permit dated 7.5.2007, the confirmation according to the Tyrolean Basic Traffic Act, the properties GST-Nos 6697/22, 6697/27 and 6697/28 are dedicated as a tourist area with additional dedication (20 leisure residences in total).
