The project consists of two 7-storey residential apartment buildings connected by an underground parking lot for 23 cars. The building at Strelnieku street 5 is a reconstructed architectural monument with two additional floors. The building in the courtyard is a new building. The project has 42 apartments, the area of the apartments ranges from 76 m2 to 232 m2, with the possibility of combining. All apartments have balconies at least 1.80 m wide, large bright windows and floor-to-ceiling windows with luxurious views of the courtyard and trees. The ceiling height is 2.90 m, in the penthouses – 3.00 meters. The apartments are offered at the stage of gray finishing with the possibility of finishing the repair according to ready-made design solutions or individual taste preferences of the client. For an additional cost, it is possible to purchase a parking space. HOFT architecture is a careful restoration of the historical facade, installation of trees as part of the building architecture, structural glazing as a mirror reflecting the surrounding historical building. On the central facade, in the courtyard of the house, on the terraces, and additional structures, using a special fastening system at different levels, coniferous trees are installed: cedar, mountain pine, different types of bonsai trees, thereby creating a private park for the residents of the house - a green oasis in the very center of the city. HOFT is a project in which landscaping does not complement the architecture, but inspires, intertwines with forms, creates new volumes, becomes one with the facades.
