Description
"PALAZZO LITTA" is a historic building, a seventeenth-century project by Richini commissioned by the Arese family, considered one of the most important examples of Milanese Baroque architecture. Well preserved is its sumptuous facade facing Corso Magenta, many are its peculiar characteristics: the imposing door with the two telamons on the sides that support the balcony, but cross the colonnaded courtyard of a historic monument to access the small courtyard which houses the house, has no equal charm and exclusivity. The apartment has been completely renovated with quality materials and with ground heating and cooling systems, thus freeing the rooms from unsightly false ceilings or split, thus benefiting from the original heights of the ceilings. From the entrance opens the large living area, an area of 70 square meters which houses the relaxation / banquet area, a reading or dining area created in the bow window overlooking the quiet courtyard and kitchen. All finished with solid oak wood planks and laid with craftsmanship. Through a filter area, finished with flush-to-wall doors, you can access both the bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet and the bathroom designed for guests. The terrace facing the courtyard is equipped with an irrigation system.
