Description

The property is located in the territory of Lake Maggiore, one of the most important Italian lakes , the second by surface. Located at a height of about 193 meters above sea level, Lake Maggiore has an area of 212 km², most of which, about 80%, is located in the Italian territory between Piedmont and Lombardy. The remaining 20% of the surface is instead in Switzerland. Lake Maggiore is characterized by cold winters, but milder than inland, and moderately snowy; summers are rather hot, humid and stormy. On its shores there are real artistic and landscape treasures that deserve to be seen: villas, gardens, palaces, attractions, but above all its islands, which attract tourists from all over every year the world.
