The building has its genesis in a housing building of the early twentieth century of clear architectural and urban value, which will be rehabilitated respecting the spirit that the authors printed on the building, but adapting it to the new requirements and transforming it into a set of seven bright apartments with unique characteristics, typology T1, T2, and T4.
