This house is composed of two independent flats with the same distribution.
On the first floor we find the first flat with a living-dining room with fireplace and access to a balcony, a separate kitchen with access to a back balcony, 2 double bedrooms and a quite big single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another flat exactly the same. Both flats have a fireplace and air conditioning. Downstairs there is a storage room, laundry area and a cosy garden.
The views of the mountains and the wooden shutters give it a more rustic feel. It is also close to supermarkets, sports areas, paddle and tennis courts and close to the beach, which makes it ideal for family holidays.
