Opis
This property consists of two articles
The First is a plot of land located in the municipality of Tavira, parish of Santo Estevao, in the town of Monte Agudo, totaling an area of 20.28ha. It is delimited by private land and crossed to the south by Via do Infante de Sagres (A22).
And the second is a plot of land located next to the first, totaling an area of 94ha with implantation of citrus trees equipped with 3'' irrigation pipes and 8kg of pressure.
The first refers to a project for the construction of a 5-star Hotel & Spa in the Parish of Santo Estevao - Municipality of Tavira. The Municipal Master Plan of Tavira was approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers nº 97/97, of 19 June, adapted to the Regional Plan for Spatial Planning of the Algarve through Notice nº 25861/2007, published in the Diario da Republica, 2nd Series - nº 248 of 26 December 2007 and the Declaration of Rectification nº 1581/2011 of 20 October. Structuring this destination and stimulating the planning of local tourist services is to promote projects aimed at urban accessibility and the adaptation of tourist activities, thus contributing to a greater offer and, at the same time, to improving the quality of life of the local population.
The project will be developed on three floors, one in semi-cave and two more above the threshold level. The functional distribution of the hotel will be as follows:
a) Semicave - Mainly intended for technical and service areas, this floor, due to the nature of the land, will have some areas where the ground level will allow the floor to be unearthed, which will be used for the installation of spaces for public use. On this floor we will have the following spaces:
- Reception/entrance hall;
- Multipurpose halls for conferences and the like;
- Space provided for the implementation of a SPA and gym;
- Covered swimming pool; - Garage for the Public;
- Administrative area,
- Kitchen and adjoining areas;
- Laundry and ironing;
- Tobacconist;
- Hair stylist;
- Changing rooms / changing rooms and toilets for employees;
- Technical areas and storage.
b) 1st Floor - Mainly intended for public use, the main hotel services are implemented. On this floor, we will have the following areas:
- Restaurant / Dining room;
- Terrace / poolside bar;
- Pool; - Rooms (57 double rooms and 2 suites with a total of 118 beds);
- Technical and support areas for room service.
c) 2nd Floor - Mainly intended for the bedroom area, it also has a space for public use. On this floor we will have the following areas:
- Panoramic restaurant/bar;
- Rooms (61 double rooms and 2 suites with a total of 124 beds);
- Technical and support areas for room service.
