Land in ARU zone, in a location of frank expansion, (CAMPANHA / ANTAS) with 5.600m2, delimited in its entirety by public streets that in 1976 had approved by the Municipality of Porto its subdivision into 19 lots.
According to the PDM the land is classified as 'Urban front area continues to consolidate'.
In addition to the existing allotment permit that is still in force, it is possible, according to prior information in the chamber the use of the land for single-family construction of 2 buildings with 4500m2 and 1380m2, also allowed 1 building for commerce with 3400m2 (geriatric hospital or for hypermarkets of large surface), and the total construction area may be approximately 9280m2.
