According to the PIP, the land is included in 'Agoforest Spaces - Cat. II' where:
- Maximum utilization index of 0.025;
- Maximum construction area for housing of 400 m2;
- Maximum number of dwellings - two (in a single building);
- Height of the facade intended for housing - 6.5m;
In these Category II Forest Spaces, changes in land use for non-agricultural purposes may be authorized, namely residence, commerce, public facilities, manufacturing industry and tourism. The location of extractive industries is also permitted.
There are cork oaks on the land that correspond to approximately 4500 arrobas of cork.
