In the Vall d'Hostoles, within the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa, we find this large estate of 75 hectares. Located on the outskirts of the municipality of Sant Feliu de Pallerols, it offers spectacular views of the imposing cliff of El Far, over 1,000m high.
Thanks to its privileged location, just a short distance from the town centre, it offers privacy as well as comfort. It is accessed by a rural road in good condition.
The thirteenth-century farmhouse has several buildings, all of which need to be rehabilitated.
The main builiding with a beautiful volcanic stone facade has more than 350m2 distributed over 3 floors and has three independent entrances. On the ground floor we find the old rooms for the animals, while on the upper floors we find the house and the barn.
