The villa is located in Agios Tychonas, 500m from the seaside and has a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Ground floor consists of a spacious entrance which allows you to see the view from the big transparent balcony door. On the right side of the entrance there is the 'round' living room and the left side the guest toilet and then you enter the sitting room with the 8 people dining area connected with the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can directly access the double closed garage and from there to the other 2 top covered parking spots. The panoramic elevator made from stainless steel 316 and transparent glass gives you access to the 3 floor house.
First floor consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms. Master bedroom has 2 walking in closets (male and female) and shoe closet, there are wooden steps leading up to the study area and storage area. Another 2 bedrooms are big enough to accommodate 2 beds and each has big closet. The whole 1st floor has one big united veranda overlooking the swimming pool and garden of the house and the panoramic view of Limassol and the sea.
Basement level: a spacious open plan space including the sitting area, dining area and the 'round' kitchen, which is fully equipped with a large island bar and 4 fridges. It has a cellar/winery with humidity machinery. It further includes an 8 people sauna complete with shower, toilet and wash basin and a laundry room. It has 2 bedrooms of which one is en-suite and includes a small kitchen area. In the centre of the basement the home cinema room is located where it has a projector and all the machinery for the sound and vision facility for all the rooms of the house.
