This welcoming masia enjoys a unique location in the very heart of Les Gavarres national park, halfway between Sant Sadurni de l'Heura and Cassa de la Selva. The masia is surrounded by nature and offers lots of privacy.
This traditional 18th century 'masia' was fully renovated, maintaining its original features. Inside we find the traditional Catalan vaulting ceilings, tile floors and original wood doors from a monastery.
The main house is distributed over two floors. The ground floor offers a spacious hall that gives access to three double bedrooms and a complete bathroom, and to three additional rooms used as games room (pool table), cellar and gym. The main floor offers another spacious hall that leads to the living-dining room with fireplace, the kitchen, two double rooms, a complete bathroom and a terrace that offers beautiful views of Les Gavarres.
Outside the house we find a garden, swimming pool, barbecue and a cosy terrace ideal for summer dining.
The property is equipped with private water well, solar panels for electricity supply and gasoil generator. And also has a tourist licence.
