The enterprise is characterized by being a construction of the late 1950s, with a language typical of the uncharacteristic period, of transition between the monumentalized and standardized architecture of the Estado Novo and the movement of rupture of architectural language begun in the 60s.
The building consists of 8 floors above ground and a basement. Originally 6 floors were intended for housing, with a large apartment per floor, later there was the reintroduction of a housing program in the building through the subdivision of the space of each floor obtaining a varied set of areas and typology of housing consisting of 15 apartments and a store (2 T1 + 5 T2 + 8 T3).
