Blending 25 years of real estate experience with a heartfelt connection to land and animals, Cynthia Chandlee specializes in facilitating high-level luxury land, equestrian and one-of-a-kind estate acquisitions, as well as mini-farms and assemblages. Her deep knowledge of and respect for area properties, combined with an encyclopedic grasp of the business in North Atlanta counties, has earned her a stellar reputation as a land queen, along with a thriving business based entirely on referrals. As the daughter of an Air Force Colonel, Cynthia moved often throughout her early years. After obtaining a fashion merchandising degree from Florida State University, she put down roots in Georgia, becoming intimately familiar with the equestrian community through horse showing and establishing an extensive area network in land development with appraisers, surveyors and municipal leaders. She has been a member of the community for 44 years, and as the owner of a working seven-acre farm complete with dwarf Nigerian goats (among other animals), Cynthia cares deeply about preserving the integrity of area farms, estates and unique properties. Working with Cynthia is about a genuine connection based on mutual respect, access to comprehensive knowledge, service and resources and a joyful celebration of natural treasures. A strong negotiator known for direct communication and expertise in complex land deals, Cynthia cares about getting the details right. She works with clients throughout Fulton, Cherokee, Forsyth and Jasper Counties, providing high-touch, high-value support for clients that goes beyond closing. To Cynthia, ‘in-depth market knowledge’ equals a firsthand connection with the actual dirt. Her eye for potential and ability to conceptualize development—from grading and fencing to pond/lake installation and more—make her a sought-after resource. A devoted mother and grandmother to two wonderful children and five adorable grandchildren, Cynthia is also a passionate animal lover who spends her non-working hours on her farm, appropriately christened Heartfelt Farm. She loves gardening, being with her animals, plant shopping and showing her grandchildren how to connect with nature, and she finds relaxation in maintaining the land at Heartfelt Farm.
