As the name implies, "El BALCON" offers breathtaking views of the bay of Atlanterra and the Northern Moroccan coast.
This villa, built in the style of an Andalusian finca sits on a hilltop and is surrounded by a large garden. The house is a single story building designed so that each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has its own access to the garden. Arched windows and doors, round towers and a C-shaped floor plan are typical of this area and make El Balcon a harmonious, typically Arab-Andalusian holiday home.
The climatically optimally designed house has in its center a shady, circular, typical Moorish patio with columns and flower pots, which brings a little cooling on hot days. Overall, the house has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one is separate from the main house and can only be accessed through a separate entrance door. The other 3 bedrooms are located in a semicircular wing of the house. The living and dining room with open fireplace is bright and very comfortably furnished, a double door leads to the partly covered veranda, which is both equipped with a large dining table and has a cozy sitting area.
Most of the time the side entrance is used to get into the house, here is first the rustic, simple kitchen and the dining room of the house. One room further is the generous living area of the house and the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
