luxury guide

This Parisian neighborhood was born after the annexation of three communities at the outskirts of the city (Passy, Auteuil and Chaillot), during the era of aristocracy. Even today this atmosphere of prestige is felt with its elegant streets, lavish architecture and magnificent hotel particulier (grand townhouses). It is not per chance that the neighborhood attracts foreign bourgeoisie families and Parisians in search of a pleasant and above all safe environment. The neighborhood also has many touristic and cultural attractions such as Palais de Chaillot, Trocadéro and Palais de Tokyo. It is also home to world renowned sport facilities such as Parc des Princes football stadium and the stadium Roland-Garros where the namesake famous tennis tournament takes place. The neighborhood is made up of four areas: Porte-Dauphine, Chaillot, La Muette and Auteuil and it is one of the most costly neighborhoods in Paris: it boasts numerous luxury properties and attractive areas such as around the refined jardin de Ranelagh. The northern part of the neighborhood is composed of luxury homes which attract wealthy families. The southern part offers a more characteristic charm, typical of ex small commercial villages of Passy and Auteuil. The neighborhood is distinguished by its vast supply of ample luxury apartments , rather rare in Paris. It isn’t difficult to purchase a five or more room townhouse here. Particularly exclusive, the gated community, like that in Villa Montmorency, offers top luxury homes reserved for the elite.
