Distinctive marketing materials have led to his stellar reputation and many referrals from delighted clients. Nick’s roots are in the Sacramento area, and also in local real estate. He graduated from Del Campo High School and received a degree in economics from Sacramento State University. Nick’s father was a real estate developer and his son was naturally drawn to the business. “Real estate was in my blood,” says Nick. “I look at homes, and even raw land, and I enjoy thinking what it might become.” After almost three decades in the business, Nick’s passion for real estate endures. “I think what’s different about me from other agents is that I really love what I’m doing and it comes across. I’m working so hard because I’m doing it for the enjoyment and trying to help people as a friend. “Each customer that you meet, it’s almost like going to a movie. Nick and Dina celebrate over 20 years of marriage, a successful partnership that has included raising their two children, Danya and Adam together in the Roseville area.
