Callum’s passion for real estate is wide, and he has produced record setting results in the sale of single-family homes, condominiums, apartment buildings, land, TIC’s, and new construction developments, a depth and breadth of success matched by few realtors
Callum’s motivation to practice real estate at a high-level year after year comes from his desire to help others. Callum is a native San Franciscan, a resident of Cow Hollow for over 40 years, and has worked, schooled, and played in all corners of the City. Callum attended Cathedral School for Boys, Lick-Wilmerding High School, and is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley. Although a die-hard local, Callum loves international travel adventure, and considers his most rewarding travel experiences being immersed in the cultures of Burma, Nepal, Cuba, and other countries.
Prior to selling real estate, Callum worked for a dynamic firm that did residential design, residential speculation, and photography for Architectural Digest and similar publications. This experience trained him in the understanding of construction and how to curate a property for maximum price results and deal stick. He is an avid mountain biker and skier and has focused his philanthropy on Larkin Street Youth Services and Project Open Hand.
