She was raised in a military family, trained as a dancer, and studied Sociology. She is an award-winning agent and property manager in Hampton Roads and ranks in the top 2% of all REALTORS® in sales. She has won numerous Circle of Excellence awards annually, awarded Virginia Living Top Real Estate Agent in 2018, and captures countless monthly and yearly awards in property management. Her knowledge of the area extends to all seven cities (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, and Newport News) and beyond, such as Carrollton, Smithfield, Yorktown, Grafton, and more! Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Leà Marie enjoyed many years as a dance instructor, then a paralegal, and most recently, in property management. Further, Hampton Roads has been Leà Marie's home for nearly 30 years. She is as familiar with the history of this community as she is intrigued about its future growth potential. Leà Marie and her husband, Charles, owner of Autobar (where your car goes to have a good time!), live in Virginia Beach. They have four boys: two residing in Virginia Beach, one in Norfolk, and one stationed in San Diego. When she is not researching houses, she loves boating and sailing, riding motorcycles, reading non-fiction, watching documentaries, gardening, juicing, and learning more about healthy living and happy lifestyles.
