An award-winning real estate professional who has been living and working in the Orlando area for almost three decades, Dawn Giachetti has continually been a multimillion-dollar producer since beginning her career in 1999. She has ranked in the top 1 percent of all sales associates in Lake County for the past 20 years and is excited to join the team at the Lake County office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty for the next chapter in her career.



Dawn is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism, honesty and respect. She is a full-time sales associate who has helped guide three generations of families through buying and selling homes in Florida and continually maintains personal relationships with every customer. Dawn prides herself on her honest and accurate pricing and will implement a complex marketing program to get your property sold for the highest price within your time frame.



Passionate about her career, Dawn is continually taking classes and training on new real estate laws, policies and financial products. She is a member of the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties, and has achieved professional designations such as Certified Residential Specialist, ePro® Internet professional, Smart Home certification, At Home With Diversity certification and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. At her last firm, Dawn was honored with several high-profile awards, including a prestigious recognition for being in the top 1 percent of sales associates worldwide.



Dawn is originally from Glendale, Wisconsin, but has become quite taken with the Florida lifestyle. Some of her favorite residences to show are the lakefront single-family home listings in Clermont. When she's not working with customers, she enjoys spending time at the beach, relaxing with the ocean view and a good book or good friend
