Having previously remodeled, built, bought and sold multiple properties in California, New York, New Jersey and Florida, Cheryl has extensive personal experience with moving and relocation. She has assisted many new friends navigate the moving process by listening to their interests, needs and goals for their families, as well as helping them reach their desires and dreams. A skilled negotiator, Cheryl handles each transaction with commitment, diligence and open communication, while always providing her clients with exceptional customer service.



Prior to her career in real estate, Cheryl had a successful career in marketing and advertising sales. Having traveled internationally and across the United States for business gave her the priceless experience of learning to adapt to diverse settings, which now affords Cheryl clear insight to the personalities of various neighborhoods.



Originally from Long Island, New York, Cheryl is married to a native Californian, and they now call North Carolina home. Cheryl and her husband unwind by taking long walks on the beach or hiking in the mountains, driving their Ferrari on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and snow skiing out west. They enjoy playing tennis and golf, as well as partaking in the occasional yoga class.
