Having resided in Tenafly, Harrington Park, and River Vale, NJ, over the past 40 years, she is familiar with the Bergen County marketplace and shares information regarding local schools, businesses, and neighborhoods with her prospective buyers. She works with buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Bergen County.

A licensed Broker in both New Jersey and New York, Lillie has earned the Distinguished Sales Club Award and New Jersey Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® eleven times over the past 14 years. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), e-PRO agent, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), specializing in transactions involving short sales, REOs, and foreclosed properties. She is also a Notary Public.

Lillie is an accomplished professional who strives to provide her buyers and sellers with the utmost service, professionalism, and respect. Prior to entering the real estate field, Lillie was employed as an officer with Citibank in New York City. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Kim has served the community as a Board of a trustee with the Korean School of New Jersey for over 20 years, and CASA for Children in Bergen County. She was also a KPTA president for Harrington Park and NVOT, PTSO Treasurer at Old Tappan High School. She has served as a teacher and director of the education department with the Church of the Lord from 2003 to 2017. Lillie is a mother of 4 adult children
