Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, Whitney knows every hidden gem—from charming seaside neighborhoods and family-friendly communities to the best beachfront spots for paddleboarding or a sunset cocktail. She grew up riding her bike down nearly every street she now sells homes on, turning her childhood playground into the place where she now helps families build their futures.
Whitney’s work ethic was shaped early on while helping her dad in his local restaurants, where she learned the art of hospitality, negotiation, and people skills that now define her real estate success. Her clients describe her as warm, hardworking, and fiercely dedicated—someone who treats every transaction like it’s her own. Many of those clients quickly become lifelong friends.
A natural on camera, Whitney stars in the local TV show Southern Sand, where she and her best friend, interior designer Amy Kelly, showcase life, style, and stunning homes across the Emerald Coast—mixing business with plenty of laughs along the way.
Her professional accolades are as impressive as her personality. Whitney has earned recognition as a Top Producer multiple years in a row, including the Rising Star for Real Producers award in 2021, a Top 300 Emerald Coast Real Producer honor, and a Founders Elite – Ranked 18th in the Nation award in 2022. In 2024, she was celebrated by Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty with both the Exponential Growth Award and Top Producing Agent by Clients Served.
Beyond real estate, Whitney gives back to her community through organizations such as Food For Thought Outreach and Seaside Neighborhood School, and has coached a middle school cheerleading team all the way to a national championship.
Whitney is also a proud mom to her two daughters, Brinkley and Briar, and fur babies Yeti and King. When she’s not closing deals or filming, you can find her on the beach, paddleboarding, boating, e-biking along 30A, working out, or shopping the local boutiques she adores.
