As a 15 year veteran of the industry, I am proficient in both the residential and cottage markets, ranging from entry level to luxury waterfront retreats. Serving the Parry Sound area from Seguin to Britt including boat access Georgian Bay properties and running east through McKellar, Whitestone and Magnetawan. I love what I do and believe that the Parry Sound & Muskoka areas have the best lakes in Ontario and are the best areas to find that balance in life that we so desperately seek.
Born in the area, raised in the GTA and then living out west for a number of years, I moved back to the Parry Sound area in 2001, I started my career in real estate in 2007. With over 15 years in the industry I have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the finer points of the industry and everything tied to it.
I believe strongly in staying on top of my trade, keeping informed on local developments as well as the back end of the real estate world. I have been on the Board of Directors for the real estate association for most of my career, holding the role of President in 2014, 2021 and 2022. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and some indispensable contacts.
A solid foundation was set for me early with very dedicated and hard working parents and a strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism was sculpted working in the hotel & restaurant industry at such places as The Banff Springs Hotel, Chateau Lake Louise and Rocky Crest Golf Resort in Muskoka.
I am a dedicated father of three grown children and a husband of 25 years. I have always had a need to be involved and constantly working on something. I have always been a coach to my kids hockey teams. When not assisting clients I can often be found out on my boat, taking in a round of golf or stirring something up in the kitchen. In winter I take the opportunity to play hockey myself, ski and of course travel.
I truly believe that “balance in life” is incredibly important. At that, I follow the same credo I learned through my career: Work hard, Play hard, Listen well & Aim to exceed expectations ~ and everything will fall in line.
