Tony DeFranco brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to clients all over the Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County areas, serving buyers and sellers from the beaches of Malibu, throughout the Conejo Valley and into the beautiful ranches of Somis and Moorpark. Tony brings a sense of humor and straightforwardness to each sale, making it not only a smooth process, but an enjoyable one. This strategy, paired with his hands-on marketing approach, has resulted in numerous accolades including being recognized as one of 2022 REALTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals - Ranking in the Top 1% Nationwide. Prior to his career in real estate, Tony was deeply involved in the music industry. In the 70s, Tony and his family relocated from a small town in Canada to Los Angeles for a record deal as The DeFranco Family. After several years of success in music, Tony gained an interest in real estate. He quickly learned the same dedication, discipline, and determination required as a musician translates into the real estate business. Tony’s service-minded attitude has helped forge long-lasting relationships with clients throughout his career as his expertise and experience allows him to consistently put his clients’ needs first. In his spare time, Tony enjoys joining friends for a round of golf, practicing photography, and spending time with his wife in their Thousand Oaks home.
