The farm is composed of two real estate complexes with joint management as indicated below:
1st - designated as Quinta da SERRA, with the area of 369.42ha, crossed by a river, having several housing buildings in good condition, including a rural tourism with large garden, swimming pool and tennis court, as well as a camp of various buildings intended for housing and farm.
2nd - designated as AMOREIRA, with an area of 125.58ha.
Quinta da SERRA is located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It offers panoramic views of the Serra da Estrela. In this core there are several buildings. The main activity is forestry, being wild pine the predominant species, and the other species: poplar, American oak, ash and some chestnut trees, with an area of irrigated walnut fruits, there is also a secondary activity: rural tourism - agrotourism.
The tourist activity is located in a fully recovered building in the middle of the property, with an outdoor pool and a tennis court. The house is surrounded by trees and offers a large lush garden. Since 2014, this house operates a duly approved rural agrotourism tourism unit, and renovation work has been carried out as part of the Proderprogram.
