This beautiful lot is 11,525 square meters (2.85 acres) and it´s located right off of Playa Junquillal, exactly at the point where the paved road hits the beach, right next to the Junquillal Eco Resort Hotel. Nearby this lot is a public park in which the community guards the turtle eggs of endangered species that nest on this beach. There is nothing between the property and the beach visually.
