This recently renovated house is situated just a 2 minute walk from the boat to Cabanas beach, it is also close to a small supermarket and many other amenities such as cafes and restaurants.
The house itself is divided into two independent buildings.
The front building has the kitchen and living and dining area all in an open plan, which also communicates through large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the outside area. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, adapted for wheelchair use, and a cloakroom.
On the first floor, you will find three more bedrooms en suite, all with wardrobe space and air conditioning.
