We are your contact for all things seaside living, primarily properties in the Istria region and many other towns and cities throughout Croatia. We offer affordable apartments, houses, and plots of land, as well as exclusive villas, bungalows, and hotels. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more clients have found a new home or at least a holiday retreat through us, a place to escape the winter or settle down with their whole family in their own house, eliminating the need to book hotels or other accommodations, as even late bookings in the summer often leave nothing available. Prices are currently still reasonable and affordable; you can find a beautiful house near the beach starting at around €300,000.00. However, prices are rising as buyers increase and Croatia's popularity as a holiday destination across Europe grows. Viewings are conducted, where possible, with a K3 real estate agent or through our local partner company. The images only show a few photos of some properties.
