The rooftops of all the project's buildings are designed with green areas, creating a harmonious integration between architecture and nature. This approach not only minimizes the contrast between construction and the natural surroundings but also allows for the creation of multiple gardens that enhance the hotel.
The central building houses the service area, including a small dining room, sanitary facilities, reception, the director's office, and a room for small storage. Departing from the church street, visitors have access to a viewpoint and an auditorium, from which they can either directly enter the central building or explore the green areas, featuring water elements, and walk towards the pools, restaurant, a multipurpose room, or a second auditorium.
The blocks that make up the rooms extend from the central building, and all of them enjoy privileged views of the valley and the sea, as if each room were a 'small viewpoint.' These blocks are arranged on terraces, and their roofs are landscaped, providing all rooms with access to a garden, extending the feeling of nature into the accommodations. All rooms are designed for double occupancy but can accommodate an extra bed if needed.
The central building is the hub of the hotel's development. From it, not only do the room blocks branch out, as mentioned earlier, but also in the opposite direction, you'll find the restaurant, the amphitheater, and the multipurpose building.
The restaurant building, although separate from the central building, has internal connections with it, allowing for access to the restaurant from both the central building and directly from the outside, making it easily accessible to the general public. This building is intersected by another console-like structure, which houses a multipurpose space with access to an open-air auditorium that can be covered when necessary.
The surroundings of the restaurant include connecting paths to the multipurpose area, the auditorium, and the central building, along with a playground, pools, and water features that enhance the value of this abundant natural resource on the property. In this area, an underground parking lot has been built to serve all the buildings.
In this way, this project significantly enhances the value of this piece of land and the entire village, creating a versatile environment, leisure and socializing areas, as well as a high-quality tourist experience, promoting and developing S. Bras de Alportel.
Additionally, there is a project available for a smaller version of the hotel with 30 rooms, which is included in the selling price.
