Located in Largo da Sr.ª do Rosario, the Solar dos Marqueses da Graciosa is an imposing building of sixteenth-century origin, with an extensive facade in which the central tower, clad in stone, stands out.
It is located in the historic center, near the Mother Church and the Castle of Idanha-a-Nova, in the southern part of the city.
As an integral part of the main facade, the robust granite walls are shown, with protruding pinnacles, which define a semi-private cobbled road, accessible laterally and to the center by a wide staircase.
The overlapping of the granite with the masonry painted in white, governed by principles of architectural composition, give it the historical and unique character that it presents.
On the wedges of the bodies adjacent to the turret, the coat of arms of the family is arranged.
It has a generous outdoor area, in which there is a swimming pool overlooking the city, and a garden with enormous decorative potential.
