The property is mostly located within an area classified as National Ecological Reserve, ensuring high environmental and landscape value. Agricultural activities, nature conservation actions and support infrastructures are permitted, subject to licensing by the CCDR, ICNF and APA, taking into account the proximity to the watercourse and its protection buffer.
