Outside of real estate, Marilyn enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, gardening and spending time in national parks. Marilyn resides in Asheville with her husband, Tim. They have three adult children, and their two cherished Labradors, Lady Magdalene and Caesar Gunnison, lovingly known as Maggie and Gunny.
