A valued member of the Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty team since 2017, Caroline Key is a driven real estate professional dedicated to serving clients, collaborating with colleagues, pursuing professional development and supporting the communities throughout Abaco that she holds dear. A seventh generation Abaconian and a longstanding resident of Hope Town , Caroline’s family has deep roots in The Bahamas. Her parents built and grew Turtle Hill Villas and On Da Beach Bar & Grill, a popular destination on Elbow Cay, which gave her an early introduction to the tourism industry, customer service, and conducting business in The Bahamas. Caroline split her teenage years between Hope Town and Cape Cod, where she received her high school education, and moved back to The Bahamas full time in 2009.
Growing up and residing in one of the most beautiful areas of The Bahamas which relies heavily on its valuable and vulnerable natural resources, Caroline is a staunch supporter and advocate for preserving the environment and as such is the co-founder of a small business centered around organic and eco-friendly beauty products. Caroline is an active volunteer with the Hope Town Zero Waste Program and the PTA at Hope Town School which both of her young children attend. A lover of life, learning and new experiences, Caroline is also an avid reader and amateur photographer. In her spare time, she assists with her husband's boat charter business and enjoys beaching, boating, and exploring the islands and cays surrounding Hope Town with her family and friends.
