The apartment is part of the elegant Palacio da Fervenca project that comes from the rehabilitation project of a 19th century building. XVIII.
Designed by the architectural firm Saraiva e Associados, the rehabilitation preserves many of the building's unique architectural characteristics. The Palacio da Fervenca is located on the bank of the Douro River, with its facade facing south, which allows excellent sun exposure and superb views over the river and the city.
The project includes two autonomous buildings, the renovated Palace and a new structure, separated by a magnificent private internal garden. Inside the renovated Palace, most of the units include mezzanines, with an emphasis on the original double height.
