The project will be developed on an estate of approximately 45 hectares situated 11km north of Silves, including a 4 en suite bedroom villa with swimming pool and garage.
The shooting grounds will consist of 14 shooting stations all of which have been perfectly integrated into the landscape by a world class course designer, and complemented by an open-air amphi theatre which will be used as a shooting school for safety courses. There will be a club house, a members bar and restaurant with both indoor and outdoor terrace dinning, as well as a Purdey Retail Shop.
The project development team are seeking investors who understand and wish to participate in the unique 5-star quality opportunity that this project offers, as there is no comparable Clay Pigeon Shooting Club of this style and quality to be found in Portugal.
