ОПИСАНИЕ
Land plot with 28 hectars located in an exclusive location along the banks of the apartadura dam, 15 minutes from Marvao and 15 minutes from Castelo de Vide.
This plot has wonderful views over the water to the south and views to Marvao to the north with an excellent sun exposure and a very interesting cliffs. It consists mainly of pine trees, but also clear land.
It is foreseen in the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) of Marvao and in the Development Plan of Albufeira da Apartadura (POAA) the construction of a campsite and several support areas, as can be consulted through the PDM in article 57º and which can be seen below. It is the only campsite that can be authorized in the hydrographic perimeter of the dam:
Development Plan for the Albufeira da Apartadura, namely:
a) Support for the recreation and leisure area to be located at a
distance greater than 50 m from the NPA, including the following
components:
i) Bar/restaurant, with a maximum construction area
200 m2 and one floor;
ii) Changing rooms with a maximum construction area of
50 m2;
iii) Properly dimensioned sanitary facilities
with a maximum construction area of 50 m2;
iv) First-aid post, lookout post and equipment
of rescue that it determines and communications of
emergency with a maximum construction area of 50 m2;
b) A campsite, observing the following
conditions:
i) Maximum capacity of 100 users/hectare;
ii) 3 bungalows/hectare;
iii) Maximum area 1 hectare;
c) An area for parking vehicles, outside the
reserved zone;
d) A panoramic route supported by paths
existing systems and a maintenance circuit.
