ОПИСАНИЕ
This guest house is a 1-minute walk from the beach. Alojamento Local is located in Figueira da Foz, 50 metres from Alto do Viso Beach and 300 metres from Claridade Beach. This guest house offers family rooms.
The units at the guest house have a seating area. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Some units of the Accommodation also include a balcony.
In Rc we currently have a retail store in operation where you can make the restaurant area, since it is properly prepared for this purpose, with a large kitchen at the back and where you can place the restaurant area with direct access to the street.
On the first floor we currently have:
- Fully furnished and equipped kitchen;
- Social area for dining;
- Laundry and towel treatment area;
- Bathroom;

This first floor has enough area to make two more bedrooms with bathroom and reception area, passing the social and dining area to the RC.
Second, third and fourth floors:
They consist of 11 rooms intended for the provision of local accommodation services, five of which are suites with large balconies facing west, which gives them magnificent views of Figueira da Foz beach. The remaining rooms share one bathroom for every two.

A centuries-old seaside resort, it has 34 magnificent kilometres of diverse and unique beaches. It is here that you will be able to experience the longest right wave in Europe and the adrenaline of the rebellious waves of the Atlantic, or the tranquility of the waters of the Mondego.
The Serra da Boa Viagem, the salty Figueirense, the Abbeys Park, the Recreio Marina and the entire riverside area, the Bom Sucesso Lagoons and the various walking routes provide pleasant experiences.
The natural conditions of Figueira da Foz invite you to practice the most diverse sports. From the most radical, such as mountain biking, to great moments of emotion in the largest tree climbing park in the country, or beach sports, which bring to the largest urban beach in Europe major national and international events, which make Figueira a true 'Beach Sports City'. But to talk about Figueira da Foz is to talk about an ever-present breeze, which offers the ideal conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing or sailing.
