This project is divided into four main sub axes, namely:
Regional and local networks for accessing and sharing information on economic activity, such as the 'INVESTALGARVE' network, with a view to better clarifying and guiding investors with their business objectives in mind and the strategic objectives of the municipality and the region;
Develop, in articulation with other projects of the Municipality (namely the project to revitalise the historic centre), and with other partner entities, a system to promote support to attract investment with job creation;
Promotion and involvement with strategic sectors of the local economy (sea economy and tourism), through the development of activities that allow the strategic sectors of the local economy to be known and made known, promoting the approximation between the Municipality and these sectors, in order to initiate new forms of collaboration and partnership that result in harmonious and inclusive growth and development of the activities promoted.
Promotion of new collaborative, dynamic and sharing forms in the local economy, making Lagos a more entrepreneurial and innovative municipality, with the capacity to motivate people and attract talent that contributes to its economic and social development.
