ОПИСАНИЕ
The 'Herdade do Montado e da Vinha' with a total area of approximately 155 hectares, is located in Alentejo, in a region known for being densely populated with vineyards, which produce truly spectacular wines.
The vineyard area planted and in production covers an area of 60 hectares, distributed over the following varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Aragones, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Tinta Caida, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Franca and Trincadeira. All this area is irrigated. The most representative varieties are aragones and trincadeira.
It has 1 waterhole with 1.000 m3 and 1 Dam with 27.000 m3. With 3 artesian wells, with only two wells working.
It also has a fully equipped wine cellar, farmhouse and agricultural houses and buildings in ruins with an area of 9,300 m2.
The property is morphologically flat and slightly undulating, which allow an excellent solar exposure to the vineyards planted there.
The property has access by tarmac road and dirt track, and is about 10 minutes from the A6, 20 minutes from the city of Estremoz and about 40 minutes from Evora. (Refr. 244-22)
