ОПИСАНИЕ
Located in a quiet and scenic area of Carvoeiro, a new and modern resort is now being built. The high class resort is close to the charming town of Carvoeiro, several beaches, golf courses and other local amenities.
The resort will consist of a total of 74 apartments, from one to three bedrooms, with high quality and sustainable materials. Each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony with beautiful views of the sea, the countryside or the garden and pool area. The apartments are modern and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows.
This particular apartment has an open plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. As well as a lovely northwest facing balcony with a view of the beautiful pool area and garden.
All apartments will have access to a shared pool and garden. There will also be a bar, a restaurant, gym and reception. The resort has a tourist license which means it is an excellent investment and/or a perfect holiday home in the wonderful Algarve.
